Apple strudel

Apple strudelis a recipe.


  1. 2 puff pastry sheets;
  2. 2-3 large apples
  3. half a teaspoon of cinnamon;
  4. 2 tbsp. l. sugar; 2 tbsp. l. flour;
  5. half a glass of chopped nuts;
  6. 3 tbsp. l. brown sugar
  7. 2 tbsp. l. regular sugar;
  8. 2 tbsp. l. breadcrumbs;
  9. 1 egg + 1 teaspoon of water, whip, for lubrication.


The oven is heated to 1900s. Peel apples and cut into cubes. Put in a bowl and mix with cinnamon, brown and regular sugar, flour. Leave for 20 minutes to let the apples juice. In a separate bowl, mix the nuts, 2 types of sugar and crackers. Roll out 1 sheet of dough, sprinkle with nut mixture and top with apple. We close the filling by wrapping the edges of the dough. Repeat with the second sheet and the remaining filling.

Bend the edges of the rolls. We spread the rolls on a baking sheet, covered with paper. Lubricate with egg grease. Make longitudinal incisions on each roll.We bake at 1900C 40-45 minutes until golden brown. Served with ice cream or whipped cream.
