Chocolate Easter

Chocolate Easteris a recipe.


  1. fat cottage cheese, grated through a 1 kg sieve;
  2. egg yolks 8 pcs;
  3. butter at room temperature 200 g;
  4. thick cream 36% 1 glass;
  5. powdered sugar 250 g;
  6. orange liqueur 1 tbsp. l.;
  7. candied orange peel 3/4 cup;
  8. dark chocolate 70% 50 gr.


Beat yolks with sugar with a mixer into a fluffy mass. Add cream, continue whipping. Pour into a saucepan and set on fire. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.

Then add the cottage cheese, the softened butter, orange liqueur and mix until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

Add liquid chocolate and mix until smooth. Beat everything up with a mixer.

After thoroughly whipping, add orange candied peel and mix.

The mass is placed in cheesecloth and put under the press to get the liquid. We put in the refrigerator for the night.

The next day, carefully remove from the mold, decorate with chocolate and orange zest.
