You will need

- - parsley (greens) - 30 g;

Bread should be soaked in cold water for 3-5 minutes. Drain the water, squeeze out excess liquid from the bread.

Cut the last head of the onion into rings and spread on the tortilla. Clean the carrots, cut into rings, lay out around the meat. Put the baking tray in the oven warmed to 220 degrees for 35 minutes.
