Homemade Choco Pie with peanut butter- a recipe.


  1. butter softened 1 cup;
  2. chocolate drops (can be replaced with broken pieces of chocolate) 1 cup;
  3. 3/4 cup sugar;
  4. vanilla extract 1 tsp.;
  5. chicken eggs 1 pc;
  6. flour 1.5 glasses;
  7. cocoa powder 3/4 cup;
  8. salt 1 tsp.
  9. baking soda 1/2 tsp.

for the filling:

  1. cream cheese 175-180 g;
  2. icing sugar 1.5 glasses;
  3. vanilla extract 1 tsp.;
  4. milk 1 tbsp. l.;
  5. salt 1 pinch;
  6. 3/4 cup peanut butter.


Mix chocolate drops and butter and melt in a microwave for 30 seconds, take out, mix and then send again for 30 seconds. Continue until completely melted and mixed. Then add sugar and mix. Add vanilla extract, egg and whisk.

Separately mix cocoa, flour, salt and soda.

Mix both mixes and mix until smooth.

Spread cling film or parchment paper, roll the dough into a sausage and put in a film, fold and tighten the ends. We put in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Get the sausage out of the fridge and cut it into circles. Cover the baking tray with baking paper and place the circles.

Heat the oven to 1800C and bake for 12-18 min.

Take out and completely cool.

Beat cream cheese, add powdered sugar, milk and mix thoroughly.

Put a cream cheese filling on one cookie circle, spread the peanut butter on the second circle and put it together.

Repeat with the remaining cookies.
