How to cook a panini sandwich

You will need
  • For a traditional Italian sandwich:
  • - Ciabatta;
  • - ham - 200 gr .;
  • - mustard - 4 ch.lozhki;
  • - Mozzarella cheese - 200 gr .;
  • - Vinegar (apple, can be balsamic) - 4 tsp;
  • - a tomato;
  • - red pepper (hot) - 2 pcs .;
  • - Basil.
Ciabatta longitudinally cut in half, smear its upper part with mustard, lower - sprinkle with vinegar.
We spread mozzarella, ham, tomato and pepper on sliced ​​slices on the lower part of the bread, sprinkle with basil leaves. Cover the top half of ciabatta.
Next, the sandwich is laid out on a heated frying pan, covered with a lid and fried on 2 sides. Cooking time on medium heat is approximately 6 minutes before the appearance of a golden crust.
Before serving, the sandwich is cut into 6 pieces, served hot.
