How to cook a panini sandwich
You will need
- For a traditional Italian sandwich:
- - Ciabatta;
- - ham - 200 gr .;
- - mustard - 4 ch.lozhki;
- - Mozzarella cheese - 200 gr .;
- - Vinegar (apple, can be balsamic) - 4 tsp;
- - a tomato;
- - red pepper (hot) - 2 pcs .;
- - Basil.
Ciabatta longitudinally cut in half, smear its upper part with mustard, lower - sprinkle with vinegar.
We spread mozzarella, ham, tomato and pepper on sliced slices on the lower part of the bread, sprinkle with basil leaves. Cover the top half of ciabatta.
Next, the sandwich is laid out on a heated frying pan, covered with a lid and fried on 2 sides. Cooking time on medium heat is approximately 6 minutes before the appearance of a golden crust.
Before serving, the sandwich is cut into 6 pieces, served hot.
