How to cook a sandwich "Home"?

You will need
  • Cakes:
  • Flour - 200 g;
  • Butter - 125 g;
  • Egg - 1 pc .;
  • Sugar - 75 g;
  • Soda - 0.25 tsp. - extinguish with lemon juice;
  • Vanilla sugar - 2 sachets.
  • Cream:
  • Butter - 100 g;
  • Boiled condensed milk - 200 g;
  • Chocolate - 25 g.
Beat eggs in a blender with regular sugar and a bag of vanilla sugar until white. Melt the butter in the microwave, cool slightly and add to the eggs. Beat until smooth. Add flour, sifted with baking powder, and knead the soft dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap and send it for half an hour in the cold.
For cream, whip together softened butter, condensed milk and a second bag of vanilla sugar until smooth.
The oven is heated to 180 degrees. Pull the dough out of the fridge, divide it into 4 pieces and roll out each one. Form (I have 17 cm in diameter) cut cakes. We transfer cakes on a baking sheet made by baking paper, send to the oven and bake until browning (10-15 minutes).
From the scraps of dough we make decorations for the cake (leaves, balls - on request). You can simply dry them and grind them into a crumb and sprinkle the cake along with the grated chocolate. Ready cakes grease cream, decorate with scraps. Chocolate grate and sprinkle on the cake. Leave to soak at room temperature for 2 hours and then at least 5 hours in the refrigerator. Bon Appetit!
