Lamb carpaccio


  • 70 lamb loin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 jar ras el hanout
  • 1/8 spice mix pack

Season the meat with the salt, pepper and the ras el hanout spice, to taste. Mix the dressing ingredients together and drizzle over the lamb. You’ll be ready to go again in no time.
