Meat in a pot with potatoes and cheeseis a recipe.

Ingredients:

  1. pork 400 gr;
  2. onion 2 onions;
  3. cheese 100 gr;
  4. mushrooms (champignons) 15-16 medium pieces;
  5. potatoes of 3-4 medium tubers
  6. butter 50 g;
  7. sunflower oil
  8. mayonnaise
  9. Salt to taste.

Cooking

Cut the pork into medium sized pieces. Fry the pieces of pork in vegetable oil on high heat for 5-6 minutes, and another 10 minutes on low heat.

Onion cut into medium pieces. Mushrooms cut lengthwise into pieces. Stew in a pan in vegetable oil with onions and butter for 10 minutes. We rub cheese on a coarse grater.

My potato, clean, boil in salted water. Cut into pieces of medium size.

We put the products in the pots in the following order: potatoes, pork, mayonnaise, mushrooms with onions, cheese.

Put the lid on the pots, put them in a cold oven (do not preheat the oven). Cook for 20 minutes at a temperature of 1800C.
