Elephant paper application
Making paper crafts is a great way to spend time with your child. Each kid will gladly try to create an image of a favorite character, animal or picture, if adults help him. An interesting variant of children's crafts is the “Elephant” application from paper or ready-made paper molds for cupcakes.
Application paper elephant
What is needed in the work:
- a sheet of light gray colored paper (self-adhesive paper or film can be used);
- two paper molds for different-sized cupcakes (their You can also replace with colored paper);
- a sheet of colored cardboard (for the background);
- a pencil ;
- toy eyes.
From light gray paper, cut out the elephant's ears .
From the same sheet, cut four long rectangles - these will be paws, and one short rectangle - this there will be a tail. Separately cut out a brush for the tail.Also we draw a wide arc on a sheet, we cut it out - we will have a trunk. If white molds are used for cupcakes, paint them light gray in color (you can do this after gluing the molds onto the cardboard).
Putting our elephant:
We glue the ears to the cake pan smaller diameter - it turns out the head.
Head of an elephant
Paste a larger diameter (torso) shape on a piece of cardboard, glue it head. When gluing the molds, we grease its corrugated edge well and firmly press it to the cardboard.
Body and head of an elephant
Glue in the right places paws, tail, trunk and eyes. We attach a tassel to the tail.
Glue the eyes, legs and tail
The elephant is ready
Using a self-adhesive film in our work, we will teach the child to more accurately distribute the parts and carefully apply them to the cardboard.Using ordinary colored paper, we will teach him to apply glue carefully, trying not to soil the details of the application.
