A warm noodle salad with pork is cooked very quickly and will decorate a family lunch or dinner. We tell how to cook this nutritious and flavorful dish.

Cooking method:

Boil egg noodles, following the recommendations on the package.

In peanut butter, quickly fry chopped carrots and leeks, chopped garlic and hot peppers. Salt, season with rice vinegar, soy sauce and orange juice. Remove from heat.

Cut boiled smoked pork into thin slices. Grind cilantro greens.Mix vegetables, herbs and meat with noodles. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts on top.

Immediately serve on the table until the salad is cold.

Peanut butter can be replaced with sesame, and rice vinegar - white wine.
