Pumpkin cut into pieces, boil in a small amount of water until soft and mash in mashed potatoes. Mix the butter with the yolk, eggs and sage. Adding flour and pumpkin puree to the mixture alternately, knead the soft dough and leave it for half an hour. We form dumplings with the help of two teaspoons and put them in low-boiling salted water. Cook for 10–12 minutes, try and, if the dough is soft, catch with a skimmer and lay out in bowls. Served with sour cream or grated cheese.
