Red fish - a simple food delicacy
What only dishes were not prepared in Russia from the salmon family. Gentle meat of the seal, chum, pink salmon or trout began traditional pies, thin pancakes, delicious pie. So, roll the fish in breading mixture. Lightly press the pieces to the bulk composition.5.Heat the pan, pour in 50 grams of refined oil (sunflower or olive). We put red fish pieces in hot fat, leaving a small distance between them.6. Fry the product from all sides, turning as it forms a golden crust. Use fire average power. For full readiness, we need no more than ten minutes.Serving red fish with lemon slices, broccoli, tender lettuce, green peas, fresh or baked tomatoes. Serve the dish according to your tastes and preferences. Pleasant appetite is guaranteed to us anyway!
- 300 g of any kind red fish;
