  1. 12 ready-made tartlets;
  2. 300 g of VICI crab sticks;
  3. 40 g butter;
  4. 100 g brie cheese;
  5. 200-250 ml of milk;
  6. 1-1.5 tbsp. l. flour;
  7. 2 cloves of garlic;
  8. 1-1.5 cm of fresh ginger root
  9. half a little chili;
  10. a small bunch of cilantro;
  11. ground sweet paprika, salt.


Chop the chili peppers, grate the ginger, skip the garlic through a press. Mix it up. In a skillet over medium heat, melt 30 g of butter, add sifted flour and, with constant stirring, fry for 1-2 minutes, preventing burning. Remove from heat, gradually pour in warm milk, without stopping to mix the mass. Add spices and chopped greens. Return to fire, bring to a boil, stirring continuously. Reduce heat to low and bring to the consistency of thick pancake dough.Turn off the fire, add brie, cut into medium cubes, and stir the sauce, achieving a homogeneous, smooth texture. Tartlets smear from the inside residues of butter. Crab sticks cut into 7 mm thick slices. mix with the sauce without disturbing the structure of the crab meat. Arrange the filling on tartlets and bake them at 1800for 10-12 minutes. Cool slightly and serve.
